Crockpot Steak with Vegetable Gravy



Crockpot Steak with Vegetable Gravy

 3 carrots, peeled and diced
1 onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
2 stalks celery, sliced
2-3 lbs. round or chuck steak, cut into serving size pieces
1 C ketchup
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/3 C water
salt and pepper, to taste

Place the meat in the crockpot. Place the diced carrots, onion, green pepper, and celery on top. Combine the ketchup, vinegar, water and salt and pepper together. Pour over the meat
and vegetables. Cook on low for 8-10 or until cooked through. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
