Tator Tot Casserole


Tater Tot Casserole

2 lbs ground beef
4 cloves garlic, minced
Dried minced onion, to taste
Salt free seasoning to taste
2 (10 oz) cans cream of mushroom soup
2 C sour cream
Nonstick cooking spray
2 lbs frozen tator tots

Brown ground beef in a skillet. Add garlic, onion, and season to taste with salt free seasoning. Turn off heat and mix in soup and sour cream. Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Pour ground beef mixture in and spread out evenly. Layer top with the tator tots. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until browned on top.
