I'm making a blanket- just a simple crochet one. One row DC, the next a shell pattern of 3DC in one stitch, skip 2 stitches all the way across. I just taught myself to crochet about a month or so ago.
I haven't even started my book. My daughter recommended it and asks me every day if I have started it yet. I hope to have it read by next week, it doesn't look that hard.
