Crockpot Navy Bean Soup
2 C dry navy beans
4 slices of bacon, uncooked, cut into bite sized pieces
1 onion, diced
3 medium carrots, diced
3 stalks of celery, sliced
2 Bay leaves
Salt free seasoning to taste
Place beans in a crockpot and cover plenty of water. Add
the remaining ingredients, stir to combine. Cover and cook on high for 6 hours or
until cooked through.
