Crockpot Beef and Gravy
2 lb. beef stew meat
2 (10 oz) cans can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkt. brown gravy mix
1 pkg sliced mushrooms
1 C water
Place beef in a crockpot. Place mushrooms on top of the
meat. In a bowl combine soup, gravy mix and water. Pour gravy mixture over meat
and mushrooms. Cook on low 6-8 hours or until cooked through. Serve over mashed
potatoes.
