Crockpot Salisbury Steak
2 lbs ground beef
1 pkt. onion soup mix
½ C Italian bread crumbs
1 egg
¼ C milk
Flour, as needed
2 (10 oz) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 pkt au jus mix
In a bowl combine ground beef, soup mix, bread crumbs,
egg and milk. Form meat into 6 patties. Place a small amount of flour on a
plate and coat both sides of the patties. In a skillet brown patties on both
sides. Place patties in a crockpot. In a bowl mix au jus mix with amount of
water listed on package. Mix in soup and pour over the patties. Cook on low for
4 hours or until cooked through.
