Crockpot Hobo Stew
1 (32oz) pkg frozen meatballs
3 carrots, diced
3 potatoes, peeled and diced
1 (10oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1 C beef broth
1 (10oz) pkg frozen peas
Place carrots and potatoes in a crockpot. Place meatballs
on top. In a small bowl combine soup and broth, pour over meatballs. Cover and
cook on low for 6 hours or until cooked though. Add peas the last 30 minutes of
the cooking time.
