Sausage and
Sauerkraut
4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
Oil as needed
1 onion, chopped
1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
1 lb sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
Salt and pepper to taste
In a skillet fry potatoes and onion in a small amount of
oil until browned and cooked through. Add the sausage and sauerkraut, season to
taste, and let cook for about 5 minutes or until heated through.
