Crockpot Apricot Chicken
1 (11 oz) jar apricot jam
1 tsp dried minced onion
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
¼ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp. dried red chili flakes
6 chicken thighs
Place
chicken in a crockpot. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl and then
pour on top of the chicken. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until
done.
My goal this year is to get dinner on the table every day for my family. No excuses, no take out.
