Peanut Butter
1 lb. peanuts, unsalted, roasted, shelled with no skins
Oil, as needed
Salt to taste
Place peanuts and 2 Tbsp oil in a food processor and grind until desired consistency, adding more oil if needed to thin. Salt to taste. Store in a jar in the refrigerator up to 2 months.
My goal this year is to get dinner on the table every day for my family. No excuses, no take out.
