Garlic Chicken
3 lbs chicken thighs
1 large onion, sliced
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. paprika
Salt free seasoning to taste
1 head of garlic, separated into cloves and
peeled
Place the onions in the bottom of the
crockpot. In a large bowl, mix the chicken with the remaining ingredients. Place
in the crockpot on top of the onions. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or
until chicken is cooked through.
