Beef Stew

Beef Stew

2 lbs stew beef
2 onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 C tomato juice
1 C beef broth
2 potatoes, quartered

Combine everything in a dutch oven or ovenproof casserole with a lid. Bake at 275°F for 4-5 hours or until cooked through.
