Crockpot Salisbury Steak

 

2 lbs ground beef

1 pkt. onion soup mix

½ C Italian bread crumbs

1 egg

¼ C milk

Flour, as needed

2 (10 oz) cans cream of mushroom soup

1 pkt au jus mix

 

In a bowl combine ground beef, soup mix, bread crumbs, egg and milk. Form meat into 6 patties. Place a small amount of flour on a plate and coat both sides of the patties. In a skillet brown patties on both sides. Place patties in a crockpot. In a bowl mix au jus mix with amount of water listed on package. Mix in soup and pour over the patties. Cook on low for 4 hours or until cooked through.

Crockpot Beef and Gravy

2 lb. beef stew meat

2 (10 oz) cans can cream of mushroom soup

1 pkt. brown gravy mix

1 pkg sliced mushrooms

1 C water

Place beef in a crockpot. Place mushrooms on top of the meat. In a bowl combine soup, gravy mix and water. Pour gravy mixture over meat and mushrooms. Cook on low 6-8 hours or until cooked through. Serve over mashed potatoes.

Crockpot Hobo Stew

Crockpot Hobo Stew

1 (32oz) pkg frozen meatballs

3 carrots, diced

3 potatoes, peeled and diced

1 (10oz) can cream of mushroom soup

1 C beef broth

1 (10oz) pkg frozen peas

Place carrots and potatoes in a crockpot. Place meatballs on top. In a small bowl combine soup and broth, pour over meatballs. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until cooked though. Add peas the last 30 minutes of the cooking time.

Crockpot Mushroom London Broil

Crockpot Mushroom London Broil

1 ½-2 lb London broil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 (8 oz) pkg mushrooms, sliced

1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom soup

½ C water

½ tsp basil

½ tsp oregano

Place London Broil in the crockpot. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or until cooked through and done.

Beef in Mushroom Sauce

Beef in Mushroom Sauce

2 lbs beef, cut into chunks

1 (8oz) pkg sliced mushrooms

1 (10oz) can cream of mushroom soup

1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

1 (12 oz) can lemon lime soda

Place meat in a crockpot, place mushrooms on top, pour soup over the top, and sprinkle with onion soup mix. Pour soda over all. Cook on low 6-8 hours or until done. Serve over noodles or mashed potatoes.
