Crockpot
Sweet and Sour Meatballs
1 (2lb) bag frozen meatballs
6 Tbsp vinegar
6 Tbsp cornstarch
1 C sugar
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 lg green bell pepper, diced fine
1 (15oz) can pineapple chunks, undrained
Place meatball in crockpot. In a bowl combine vinegar,
cornstarch, sugar, soy sauce and bell pepper, stir to combine. Cover and cook
on low 6 hours or until cooked and heated through. In the last 30 minutes, stir
in pineapple with juice.
