Crab Alfredo


Crab Alfredo

1 lb. imitation crab, cut into bite sized pieces
Pasta, cooked and kept warm
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 C parmesan cheese
½ C butter
1 C milk or more as needed

Mix cream cheese, parmesan cheese, and butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently until smooth. Add milk until sauce is the consistency you would like. Add crab and heat through.
