My goal this year is to get dinner on the table every day for my family. No excuses, no take out.

ReplyDeleteI love your goal for the year. We got take-out once a year - and that's because we always pack up for our camping trip too late in the day to do anything else! We reach a point of "leave now, or not until tomorrow, because I'd need to sort out dinner which would need to be cleaned up, which would mean we would stay home one more night, which would mean we would need to eat breakfast here, which would need to be cleaned up......" Ha!
Maybe we'll be more organised NEXT time.
This was the best Salisbury Steak I've ever made at home. I didn't make my goal this year BUT we have been eating at home a lot more than we used to.
