Bacon and Cheese Quiche
1 frozen deep dish pie crust, thawed
½ lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
1C Swiss cheese, grated
4 eggs
2 C half and half
1/4 C Parmesan cheese
Salt free seasoning, to taste
Heat oven to 400°F. Prink the pie shell lightly with a
fork a couple of times and bake for 5 minutes. In a mixing bowl beat the eggs
then add all the other ingredients, mixing well. Pour into the pie shell being
careful not to overfill it. There may be leftover filling. Turn the oven down
to 350°F and bake for 45 minutes or until the center is set.
