Crockpot Beef Roast with Vegetables
1 (3 lb.) beef roast
½ C water
4 potatoes, chopped
1 onion, chopped
4 celery stalks, chopped
4 carrots, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
Place
roast in a crockpot with water in the bottom. Add vegetables, and then
pour tomato sauce over the top. Cook on low for 6 hours or until done.
