Orange and Chili Pork Ribs
3 lbs. country style pork ribs
½ C ketchup
¼ C. orange marmalade
¼ C. apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. chili powder
¼ tsp. cumin
¼ tsp. ground ginger
3 cloves garlic, minced
Place
ribs in a crockpot. Combine remaining ingredients to make a sauce. Pour
sauce over the ribs. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until done.
