Grilled Chicken Sweet Chili Linguine
1 (16 oz) box linguine or vermicelli
Cajun or Creole seasoning to taste
6 boneless, skinless chicken pieces
2 C half and half
1 C Parmesan cheese, shredded
1/2 C sweet chili sauce
Season the chicken with Cajun or Creole seasoning to
taste. Grill until cooked through or cook in a small amount of oil in a skillet.
Cook the pasta according to the package directions. For the sauce, heat the
half and half, cheese, and sweet chili sauce in a sauce pan over medium heat
until heated though and cheese is melted. Slice the cooked chicken. Serve the
pasta with the sauce over it topped with the sliced chicken.
