Italian Sausage Bow Ties
1 lb. Italian sausage, casing removed, cut into bite
sized pieces
1 lb. Bowtie pasta
2 (15 oz) cans diced tomatoes, lightly drained
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 C mozzarella, shredded
1/2 C Parmesan cheese, shredded
Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Brown
the sausage with the onion, garlic and green pepper. Add tomatoes and
seasonings. Mix cooked pasta with the sauce and cheese.
