Crockpot Polish Sausage and Potatoes
6 potatoes, baked and chopped
1 lb. Polish sausage, sliced
Place everything in a crockpot, cover and cook on low for
3-4 hours or until heated through. Serve with diced onions, sour cream,
sauerkraut, horseradish sauce, ketchup or any other condiments your family may
like.
Cabbage and
Tomatoes
1 onion, diced
Oil as needed
1 small head cabbage, chopped
Seasoning salt to taste
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained
Water as needed
In a large pot sauté onion until soft in oil. Add cabbage
and season to taste. Add tomatoes with juice and a small amount of water. Bring
to a boil and then turn heat down to low and allow to simmer for about 10
minutes or until cabbage is cooked.
