Applesauce Pork Roast
2 Tbsp flour
1 ½ tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
½ tsp sugar
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp rosemary
4-5 lb pork roast
1 ½ C applesauce
½ C brown sugar
Preheat
oven to 325 degrees. In a small bowl combine flour, salt, mustard,
sugar, pepper and rosemary. Rub over roast. Cover and let stand for 30
minutes. Place in a greased roasting pan and bake, uncovered for one
hour. Combine applesauce and brown sugar, spread over roast. Cook one
hour longer. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
