Chocolate
Waffles
2½ C flour
¼ C sugar or sugar substitute
½ C cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp baking soda
3 eggs, beaten
¼ C butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 C buttermilk
1 C miniature chocolate chips

Combine all batter ingredients except chocolate chips. Once batter is combined well fold in the chocolate chips. Prepare waffles according to your waffle maker manufacturers instructions.
