Alfredo Sauce
8 Tbsp. butter
1 C. flour
4 C. milk
2 tsp. garlic, minced
1 C. Parmesan Cheese
1 Lb pasta, cooked and drained, kept warm
Melt butter over medium heat in a saucepan, add flour and stir to mix. Whisk in milk.
Add
garlic and Parmesan Cheese and cook until desired consistency. If sauce
is too thin you can also add a little bit more flour to thicken.
My goal this year is to get dinner on the table every day for my family. No excuses, no take out.
