Ham and Broccoli Rolls
6 slices deli ham, cut into thick slices
1 bunch broccoli, cut into florets and cooked until
tender
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
2 C milk
1 tsp. mustard
1 C shredded Swiss cheese
Salt free seasoning to taste
Melt butter in a saucepan. Whisk in flour and gradually
add the milk, whisking until smooth. Stir in the mustard and cheese. Cook until
thickened and cheese is melted. Season to taste. Assemble the rolls by placing
some broccoli in the middle of a slice of ham and roll it up. Place seam side
down in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour sauce over the top of the rolls. Bake at
350°F for 20-30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
