Frosted Pineapple Cake
2 C sugar
2 C flour
2 eggs
2 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
1 (20oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained
Combine all ingredients and pour into a 9x13 inch pan that has been
sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes or until cooked through.
Frosting:
1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 ¾ C powdered sugar
¼ c butter, softened
¼ tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients together well and spread on cooled cake.
