Asian Smothered Pork Chops
6 pork chops
2 Tbsp. catsup
½ C. water
¼ C soy sauce
¼ tsp. ground ginger
1/3 C. honey
1 clove garlic, minced
Brown
the pork chops in a large skillet on both sides. Combine the remaining
ingredients and mix well. Pour over the pork chops and simmer, covered
for 20 minutes until the sauce thickens, stirring frequently.
