Taco Pork Chops

Taco Pork Chops
4 boneless pork chops
1 onion
1 (8oz.) can tomato sauce
1 C water
1 pkt. taco seasoning

In a skillet brown pork chops with the onion. Add the tomato sauce, water, and taco seasoning. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat, cover and let simmer for about 20 minutes or until cooked through.

Baked Cajun Pork Chops

Baked Cajun Pork Chops

6 bone in pork chops
Cajun seasoning, to taste

Heat oven to 325°F. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning on both sides of the pork chops. Place pork chops in a 9x13 inch baking dish and bake for 35-45 minutes or until cooked through, turn pork chops over about half way through cooking time.

Crockpot Chicken Fried Chops

Crockpot Chicken Fried Chops

6 pork chops
1/2 C flour               
1 1/2 tsp ground mustard
1/2 tsp garlic powder
oil as needed
1 (10pz) can cream of chicken soup
1/3 C water

Mix the flour, ground mustard and garlic powder together. Dredge the pork chops in the flour mixture and fry in a skillet in a small amount of oil until browned. Place the pork chops in a crockpot. Mix the soup and water together. Pour into the hot skillet, stirring to deglaze the pan. Pour the gravy over the top of the pork chops. Cook on low for 6 hours or until done.

Pork Chops Topped with Pineapple, Green Pepper and Onion

6 pork chops
6 onion slices
6 green pepper rings
6-12 pineapple rings
salt and pepper to taste

Place pork chops in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Layer the onion, green pepper and pineapple on top of each pork chop. Season with salt and pepper. Bake for 1 hour at 350°F or until pork chops are cooked through.

Honey Mustard Grilled Pork Chops

Honey Mustard Grilled Pork Chops

6 pork chops
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
4 Tbsp honey
black pepper, to taste

Stir the mustard, honey and pepper together, set aside. Grill the pork chops over medium heat until cooked through. Baste the pork chops with the honey mustard sauce a few minutes before removing from the grill.

Grilled Honey Pork Chops and Hashbrown Casserole



Grilled Honey Pork Chops

6 pork chops
1/2 C honey
1/4 C apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
black pepper to taste

Combine all the ingredients except the pork chops in a large bowl and mix well. Add pork chops and flip around to cover with marinade. Let marinate overnight. Grill until cooked through. 



Hashbrown Casserole

1(26oz) bag shredded hash brown potatoes, do not defrost
1 C sour cream
1 (10 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 C butter, melted
1 small onion, diced fine
1 C shredded cheddar cheese

In a large bowl stir all the ingredients together. Place in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350°F for 60 minutes.
