BBQ Spareribs


BBQ Spareribs

4 lbs. Pork Spareribs
1 cup ketchup 
2 cups water                                                     
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup white vinegar                                       
1 tsp salt
1 tsp celery salt                                                
1 tsp chili powder
¼ cup brown sugar

Slice ribs into sections of 2-3 ribs per section. In a saucepan mix remaining ingredients, boil for 3 minutes.  Place ribs in a roasting pan and pour sauce over the ribs. Cover with foil and bake at 325ºF for 2-3 hours or until cooked through.
